Hi Steve and Jason!
My name is Kent and my wife and I are customers of Live Wire Electrical Contracting.
I am writing you to share with you my appreciation for Mitch. Mitch has been the electrician from Live Wire Electrical Contracting working on our new lake home built by Kochmann Bros. on Big Pine Lake, near Perham, MN. Mitch has been fabulous to engage with on this project and his works is outstanding. This is the 3rd home we have built, and I could not be happier with the work Mitch has done and the nature by which he does it. Mitch is a great listener, quickly picking up what we were wanting while offering great ideas as we were going through the build. Mitch’s attention to detail, guidance on what code will allow and work arounds and solutions to problems that arose during the build are second to no one.
After only a couple interactions, Mitch had a great connection with us as to what we were looking for in the overall electrical part of the build. Early in the project I knew we could count on Mitch to do “as he said he would” and he demonstrated his commitment to do the job on time and well. We brought some custom glass lighting fictures back from Hawaii and Mitch jumped right in to figure how how to connect and hang them. Absolutely beautiful.
Lastly, I want you to know (maybe you already do) Mitch has built a good reputation with the electrical inspector in the area. I happen to be on site the day the electrical inspector was completing the inspection. I was surprised he showed up so late in the day. The electrical inspector told me he specifically came to this project late in the day because he knew Mitch was the electrician on the build and that everything would be done up to code. I think that says a lot about Mitch’s character and commitment to excellence!
My wife and I could not be happier with the end product and wanted to thank you, your company and Mitch for job well done!!!
Mitch will be my ONLY electrican for any future electrical needs!!
